Business Development

EXPERIENCE: 0- 3 years

Required Skills:

  • We are looking for candidates with 0 to 3 years of experience in business development/ cold calling / international sales / Business Development.
  • Any UG or PG Freshers Passionate towards sales, willing to take challenges and meet sales targets consistently will also be considered.
  • Should be Interested in cold calling, pitching to the right person in the US (CXOs), fixing appointments for corporate presentations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with strong client relationship skills.
  • Should be well versed on LinkedIn and acquiring stakeholders using Linkedin.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound cold calls to the targeted list of prospects.
  • Pitch Saadhvi Technology’s value proposition for outsourcing and onsite consulting work to companies in the US.
  • Talk to influencers and decision makers involved in procuring IT/software development services.
  • Qualify prospects and identify potential opportunities.
  • Regular follow-ups with the prospects that have been identified as potential clients and who have shown interest to use our services.
  • Schedule Conference calls.
  • Co-ordinate with Technical Team to schedule pre-sales discussion, ensure smooth communication between prospect, sales team.

Salesforce Developer

Experience: 1 – 4 years

Required Skills:

  • Apex development.
  • Should have worked with an editor such as MavensMate or Eclipse for force.com.
  • Visualforce page development.
  • Ability to communicate with customers and provide consultation on Salesforce solutions.
  • Good problem-solving skills and the ability to give optimal solutions.
  • Lightning component development, Lightning design development.
  • Hands-on experience in administration setup, e.g., managing users, security controls, and data as well as creating roles, profiles, and reports.
  • Good Knowledge in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and CPQ (Configure Price Quote).
  • Experience in designing custom objects, custom fields, picklists, page layouts, workflow, approval processes, validation rules, custom tabs, reports, Visualforce pages, dashboards, and email generation according to application requirements.
  • Certification: Any Salesforce certification would be a plus point.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Translate functional requirements into technical requirements.
  • Design and build high-performance, reusable, and reliable Apex code with best practices.
  • Ensure the best possible quality of the application.
  • Take ownership of project work and developing client relationships (should be a confident self-starter).
  • Identify bugs and align with requirements during debugging.
  • Write test classes for the class that you develop and ensure more than 80% code coverage.
  • Test bug fixes to make sure they work as per requirements, then deploy them to production.
  • Update daily work report & Login hours.

Sr.JAVA Developer

EXPERIENCE: 4 – 6 years.

 Required Skills:

  • Should be technically sound and lead teams.
  • Should have strong work Experience on Core Java, Hibernate, Ajax, React Redux, Collections & Design Patterns.
  • Good to have project experience on Multi-Threading.
  • Hands-on Spring (MVC or Boot or batch).
  • Microservices, Ofbiz Knowledge will be added experience.
  • Database Oracle PL/SQL.
  • Analytical Skills and Communication Skills.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Influence technical direction of solutions
  • Build backend using Java/spring/hibernate and provide technical guidance to other members of the digital team.
  • Ensure the quality of code and deliverables is high.

React JS

EXPERIENCE:  2 – 3 Years

Required Skills:

  • Having experience in JAVA or Node Js will be added advantage.
  • Proven work experience as a Front-end developer.
  • Hands on experience with markup languages.
  • Experience with JavaScript, CSS, and jQuery.
  • Familiarity with browser testing and debugging.
  • In-depth understanding of the entire web development process(design,Development and deployment).

  • Use markup languages like HTML to create user-friendly web pages.

AWS System Admin

EXPERIENCE:  2 – 3 Years

Required Skills:

  •  In-depth development experience with Java / C++ / C / Go.
  • Domain knowledge and prior experience with systems management is highly desirable.
  • Experience building and operating scalable infrastructure software or distributed systems.
  • Flexibility in working with technologies and platforms.
  • Continuously look for new technologies and approaches for the team – help us keep ahead.

  • Experience in CI/CD and AWS deployments (EC2, SQS, SNS, Lambda, S3, Aurora, DynamoDB).
